CARES has prescription aid program

Alleghany CARES (Christians Associated for Relief and Emergency Services) Medication Assistance Program is now a sign up location for the North Carolina Med Assist Program.

Richardson's letter and NRBH response detailed

Potters produce bowls for food closet fund-raiser

A lunchtime fund-raiser for the Solid Rock Food Closet is being planned April 16 from noon until 2:30 p.m. at Village Park (the former Charleston Forge factory) on Memorial Park Drive in Sparta.
