Football players injured in wreck

Three Alleghany High School football players were injured in a single-vehicle accident on Nov. 7 on Glade Valley Road. All three were subseqently treated and released at area hospitals—two at Alleghany Memorial and the third at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.
