Hammer pleads guilty to murder charges

INDEPENDENCE, Va. - Frederick Phillip "Freddie" Hammer, 49, of Crumpler was sentenced to five life sentences without the possibility of parole, along with two more life terms Friday in Grayson County, Va.

Dental program returning
