Pleasant Labor Day Weekend Encourages Parkway Visitors

PARKWAY Views-The Labor Day weekend is considered the traditional end of summer. Many visitors were on the Blue Ridge Parkway over the weekend, enjoying scenic views like the ones seen in these photos taken from a hiking trail near Ice Rock on the Blue Ridge Parkway. An extensive trail system can be found near Doughton Park in southern Alleghany County.
