Horse Show results reported

The 4-H Open Youth Horse Show was held Saturday, Aug. 2, at the Alleghany Fairgrounds. The event hosted several age groups, consisting of cloverbud (those eight and under), junior (those nine to 12), senior (13 to 18) and therapeutic (those 18 and under).

Results from the morning and afternoon shows, co-sponsored by the Alleghany County 4-H, Young Riders 4-H Club and Horse Whisperers 4-H Club were recently shared.

High Point Winners

High point winners in the Cloverbud age group were: grand champion, Leann Musick and reserve champion, Allie Evans.
