Billings sued by children of late wife

Tommy Billings, listed as either a citizen and resident of Alleghany County, or a citizen and resident of Galax, Va. or the surrounding area, has had a civil suit filed against him by the children of the late Susan Billings of Glade Valley and their biological father, Charles "Chuck" Mimbs.

The notice of "lis pendens," or notice of pending suit, is a written notice that a lawsuit has been filed. According to the complaint, adult children Timothy William Mimbs and Candice Lee Mimbs and minor children, Alyssa Caswell Mimbs and Charles Kevin Mimbs by and through their legal guardian and custodial parent, Charles "Chuck" Mimbs, are seeking to "recover damages for mismanagement, conversion and secreting assets of the estate of Susan Billings."
