Suit against Woodie is continued

A consent order for continuance was recently filed in the Alleghany County Clerk of Court Office in the civil case against Glade Valley businessman Ronnie Woodie. Woodie is being charged individually and in his capacity as owner of Highland View Motorsports Park.

According to the order, “Based upon the consent of the parties, it is ordered that the hearing on the court’s order to show cause entered on Sept. 8 shall be continued to a later session of court, as agreed by the parties,” which include about 50 property owners of land surrouinding the racetrack.
