Horse show is Saturday

The Alleghany County 4-H, Young Riders 4-H Club and Horse Whispers 4-H Club are sponsoring the annual Alleghany County 4-H Open Youth Horse Show beginning at 10 a.m.

The event was originally scheduled in September, but was cancelled due to inclement weather.

Registration will begin at 8 a.m. for the event. Registration fees are $2 per class or $10 to show all day.

All children are encouraged to attend and participate.
