Tommy Richardson of Sparta plans to compete in Hillclimb

In a basement garage in Sparta, Tommy Richardson is living out his dream.

When he's not working or sleeping, you'll likely find him in rented space under the former New River Graphics preparing one of three cars for Sports Car Club of America and National Auto Sport Association events.
