Local suit against Bristol moves to mediation phase

A lawsuit filed by Alleghany County and other local entities over an alleged breach of an incentive agreement is preparing to enter mediation.

Joining the county in the suit against Bristol Compressors, Bristol Compressors, Sparta and York International Corporation are the Town of Sparta, Skyline Telephone Membership Corporation, Blue Ridge Electric Membership Corporation and Region D Development Corporation.
