Ellen Wright pauses in her new office at the Alleghany Partnership for
Children headquarters. Wright became the Partnership's permanent
executive director earlier this month.

The Alleghany Partnership for Children (PFC) has named Ellen Wright as its new permanent executive director.
Wright said she was notified of the decision Aug. 30; her first official day at the post was Sept. 3.
The Partnership's board of directors confirmed the appointment at its
Sept. 19 meeting, according to board Chairman Chris Robinson.
