For many years, Cora Neville has been one of Alleghany County's most beloved Good Samaritans. This Saturday, television viewers across the state will learn about her.
A program featuring the 2001 winners of the Nancy Susan Reynolds Awards will air March 2 at 7:30 p.m. on television stations in North Carolina's major markets. The telecast can be seen on WXLV Channel 45, based in the Winston- Salem area, and on WBTV Channel 3 of Charlotte.
Neville was awarded one of the three $25,000 grants from the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation, which is based in Winston-Salem, last November.
