One of two men charged with the embezzlement of $11,000 worth of Christmas trees has been arrested in Savannah, Ga., according to Det. Ricky Lyall of the Alleghany County Sheriff's Department.
The Chatham County (Ga.) Sheriff's Department picked up Samuel A. Graham, 21, on Jan. 20 on the Alleghany warrant. Graham is being held without bond at the Chatham County Jail, where he is fighting extradition back to North Carolina to face the charge.
